Five key leaders and potential successors from our company participated in the coaching process with BluOpal. Each had specific goals to meet in order to enhance their skills and grow to the next level in the organization. Each of these leaders worked through a process that focused on goals through leadership coaching, emotional intelligence 360 feedback, and managing through strengths. All felt that the process was extremely helpful and our executive team immediately noticed enhanced skills for expanded responsibilities. One of our leaders requested an extension to his coaching assignment, offering to pay himself - a true testimonial of the impact the process had on him.
